DateValidator Method
Symphony.dB.SQLSupport Namespace > Formatters Class : DateValidator Method
the DateTime value to convert.
Validates the passed in date prior to insertion into a database.
Syntax
public static object DateValidator( 
   Nullable<DateTime> inDate
)

Parameters

inDate
the DateTime value to convert.

Return Value

Returns the valid date or DBNull.
Remarks
Any expcetions encountered will be recorded in the Symphony Event Log.

These methods are designed to be used by the Symphony.dB.SQLDispatcher class and not from user code.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
