	Delegate	Description
	BaseViewModel.AfterNavigateStateEventHander	Event raised after the requested state has been navigated to.
	BaseViewModel.BeforeNavigateStateEventHander	Event raised before the requested state has been navigated to.
	BaseViewModel.InitialStateEventHander	Define a delegate to allow the View Model to signal to the control to move to the intial or base visual state.
	BaseViewModel.MessageAndRespondEventHandler	Delegate for processing standard dialog messages.
	BaseViewModel.StateCompleteEventHander	Define a delegate to allow the View Model to signal to the control.
